Jeff Rossen and Jovanna Billington NBC News >
July 31 2014 You might have been excited by the opportunity. But today, some universities are issuing warnings telling students to be careful of a company doing just that — targeting, they say, college kids. See below the 160 complaints the FTC got. A distributor interviewed by NBC's Jeff Rossen. He Admitted that the pay plan payout was shaped like a PYRAMID. Vemma did not train their distributors right! Why? Any legitimate MLM Pay plan is shaped like a DIAMOND MATHEMATICALLY. I have bashed MLM haters for years and have published books like my MLM COMPENSATION PAY PLANS BY ROD COOK..... sold on Amazon = Diamond!!!
The Illustration of the Diamond is in the front of the book but unfortunately Amazon won't let you flip the first pages any more. Give it a try!
TRIVITA HIT BY FTC NO SCAM - HEALTH CLAIMS
July 14 2014 Trivita busted on $3.5 million health claims by FTC All in all… the FTC cited 121 pages of Trivita’s bogus health claims in their complaint, with a complete transcript of Trivita’s infomercial (including Ellis owner and page after page of corporate and affiliate advertising: FTC PRESS RELEASE CLICK!
Nothing said about the Ellis run in with the law on his credit repair/loan company. Also surprising is Trivita taking in big$ for acquiring customers from Distributors for customers (passive Investment) or did the FTC refer that over to the SEC? Also Discounted Trivita Products are in Costco (has to be company direct and on Amazon. Com (placement by?) In no way is Ur Editor implying that Trivita is a scam as some other reporters are doing in fact we will say it is not a scam!
VEMMA BAD PR NO SCAM!
Vemma: July 14th 2014 USA TODAY reports a nosy news paper got a Freedom of Information release from the FTC saying thatThe Federal Trade Commission has received more than 160 complaints nationally against the Arizona-based company Vemma. Vemma is not a scam. The only complaint the Watchdog has gotten is their return of money to Distributors or customers. Some states even force a year return period. Complaint: >> Even going to BK directly did not get results (me). I will bet a rapid return of money would have trimmed down the 160 FTC complaints
